Etsy measures your shop's customer service through Order Dissatisfaction Rate (ODR). ODR is raised by either a bad review (two stars or less) or a case against your shop.
Fill in the form below and press Calculate ODR. Experiment with different numbers of bad reviews, cases, and orders, to see when you are at risk of receiving a Customer Service Warning from Etsy. All numbers should be within a 60 day interval (starting 90 days ago, until 30 days ago).
