What is ODR on Etsy?

ODR stands for Order Dissatisfaction Rate, and it is how Etsy measures your shop's customer service. Your ODR raises by either a bad review (two stars or less) or a case against your shop.

Why is ODR important?

Etsy is expecting you as a seller to give your customers excellent shopping experience. Etsy is taking action on shops that don't meet their standards on customer experience by sending out Customer Service Warnings. If you receive two Customer Service Warnings, Etsy will then review your shop for permanent suspension.
